Who is responsible for your information?

Depending on how you interact with Alltimeshere, we may process:

The general website contact form must not request a personnummer, medical diagnosis, medication information or other sensitive health information. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text message field.

A relative will not automatically receive information. The older adult's wishes, privacy and independence remain central. Permission can be changed or withdrawn.
Information about another person
A relative may contact Alltimeshere on behalf of an older adult. The relative should share only information that is necessary for the initial enquiry and that they are entitled to provide. Alltimeshere will inform and involve the older adult as appropriate before an ongoing service is arranged.
The older adult's wishes, consent, privacy and independence must always be respected.
Sensitive personal information
Alltimeshere does not request medical diagnoses, medication details or other sensitive health information through the general website form. If sensitive information is voluntarily provided, it will be handled restrictively and deleted when it is not necessary or lawful to retain it.
Alltimeshere is not a healthcare provider and does not create medical records.
How long do we keep information?
Alltimeshere keeps personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or to meet a legal obligation.
- Enquiries that do not become customers: normally six months after the last contact
- Customer and scheduling information: normally up to 24 months after the relationship ends
- Information needed for an unresolved complaint, dispute or legal claim: until the matter and applicable legal period have ended
- Accounting, invoice and payment records: for the period required by Swedish law, generally seven years after the end of the relevant calendar year
- Marketing information based on consent: until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer needed
- Technical logs: according to a short, defined and documented security-retention period
Information may be deleted earlier when it is no longer necessary. Some information cannot be deleted immediately when Alltimeshere has a legal obligation to retain it.
Who may process your information?
Access to personal information is limited to people and service providers who need it for a defined purpose. Alltimeshere does not sell personal information.
Service providers will be listed here once the actual providers have been selected and confirmed.
Service providers may process information only for the agreed purpose and according to applicable data-protection requirements. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International transfers

Automated decision-making
